From June 12th to 13th, the first meeting of the two-day 2022 RETO Group Management Work Conference came to a perfect conclusion at the beautiful Sheraton Haikou Hotel.

At the meeting, Mr. Hengfang Li, chairman of the board, made an important speech. Mr.GuangfengDai , vice chairmanof the board, explained the compensation incentive of the group, and shared the advantages of equity incentives between listed companies and non-listed companies, and encouraged the management to be brave in innovation, hard work, and struggle to achieve goals and share the operating results of listed companies. .

At the meeting, Mr. XiaopingLi, the president, made an in-depth analysis of the industries involved in the company and the current favorable policies, which can give full play to the industrial advantages, technological advantages and integration advantages of industry and finance of Retu Group to realize new industrial models and profit models. On this basis, the long-term plan of the RETO Group for the next three years is drawn. Through the sharing of ongoing project cases, everyone is full of confidence, and once again encouraged the management to work hard to achieve the lofty strategic goals of RETO.
