In December 2021, ReTo Eco-Solutions, Inc. completed the merger and acquisition of Hainan REIT Mingde Investment Holding Co., Ltd., and then took control of Hainan Yile IoT Technology Co., Ltd., which will surely integrate RETO's comprehensive utilization of solid waste and ecological construction with Internet of Things technology, promote the upgrading and rapid development of various businesses of RETO, realize the goal of science and technology to improve the ecology, and make RETO become "the operation and service provider of technology-driven intelligent ecology and environmental protection industry".

Organizational Structure

ReTo Eco-Solutions, Inc. – RETO is our British Virgin Islands holding company.

REIT Holdings (China) Ltd. – REIT Holdings is a wholly-owned subsidiary of RETO Ecology in Hong Kong.

Sunoro Holdings Limited. – Sunoro Holdings is a wholly-owned subsidiary of RETO Ecology in Hong Kong.

REIT Ecological Technology Co., Ltd. - REIT Ordos is a wholly-owned subsidiary of REIT Holdings in Ordos, Inner Mongolia. Its business scope includes the development, manufacture and distribution of specialized equipment to manufacture construction materials.

Beijing REIT Technology Development Co., Ltd. – Beijing REIT is a wholly-owned subsidiary of REIT Holdings.. Its business scope includes research and development and solutions for solid waste (construction waste and mining waste) disposal and reuse.

REIT Technology Development Co., Ltd. – REIT Technology is a wholly-owned subsidiary of REIT Holdings in Haikou, Hainan. It has entered the field of Internet of Things technology from the traditional equipment manufacturing field. Its business scope includes smart travel, ecological and environmental protection. , smart IoT, data logistics and supply chain management, etc.

Sunoro Hengda (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd.–Sunoro Hengda is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunoro Holdings.

Hainan Fangyuyuan United Logistics Co., Ltd. - Fangyuyuan is a 51% subsidiary of REIT Ordos in Haikou, Hainan. With a unique advantage of Hainan Free Trade Port, is committed to leading the leading supply chain digital solutions and operations.

Guangling REIT Ecological Cultural Tourism Co., Ltd. - Guangling REIT is a wholly-owned subsidiary of REIT Ordos. Its business scope includes ecological restoration and management, construction and operation of health and culturaltourism projects.

Datong Ruisheng Environment Protection Engineering Co., Ltd. – Datong Ruisheng is a wholly-owned subsidiary of REIT Ordos. Its business scope includes ecological restoration and management.

Inner Mongolia REIT Ecological Environment Management Co., Ltd.- Ecological Environment is an 80% subsidiary of REIT Ordos.

REIT Q GREEN Machines Private Ltd. – REIT Q Green is an operating company in India and a 51% owned subsidiary of Beijing REIT. We expect to expand our business in the Indian market through this joint venture with Q Green Techon Private Limited, an Indian Company (“Q Green”). Its business scope will include the manufacture of specialized equipment to produce recycled building products (aggregate and bricks) for eco-friendly building.

Hainan REIT Mingde Investment Holding Co., Ltd. – REIT Mingde is a wholly-owned subsidiary of REIT Technology. The business scope includes insurance rescue, smart travel, logistics supply chain management, etc.

Honghe REIT Ecological Technology Co., Ltd.– Honghe REIT is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunoro Hengda. Its business scope includes EOD projects and related ecological restoration projects.

Beijing REIT Equipment Technology Co., Ltd.– REIT Equipment is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunoro Hengda. Its business scope includes the development and construction of municipal eco-friendly sponge city projects.

Hainan Kuneng Direct Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. - Kuneng Direct is a 51% subsidiary of Fangyuyuan. Combine the policies and location advantages of Hainan International Trade Zone, which is committed to building an international first-class commodity trading platform to become a local area.

REIT New Materials Xinyi Co., Ltd. - Xinyi REIT is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beijing REIT. Its business scope will include the manufacture of specialized equipment to produce recycled building products (aggregate, bricks, pavers and tiles) for eco-friendly building.

Hainan Yile IoT Technology Co., Ltd.– Yile IoT is a 61.55% subsidiary of REIT Mingde.

It is an innovative high-tech enterprise focusing on the R&D and application of Internet of Vehicles technology, and actively transforming into the market. The business scope includes smart mobility, fleet management, car rental, new retail, etc.

Hainan Yile IoV Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. - IoV Technology is a 90% subsidiary of REIT Mingde. The company's business scope includes on-board equipment (OBD, EDR, Beidou positioning, etc.), road rescue service platform, socialized emergency rescue platform, vehicle scheduling big data, government and enterprise vehicle management platform Saas services and other businesses.

Inner Mongolia Guorui Daojing Information Technology Co., Ltd. – Guorui Daojing is a 51% subsidiary of REIT Mingde. The business scope includes relying on core technologies such as coal mine Internet of Things, automation, informatization, and intelligence, and carries out business in related fields such as smart mines, emergency rescue, microseismic positioning, landslide monitoring, ground penetrating communication, goaf detection, etc., and is committed to providing think tanks and high-end equipment research and development, formulation of relevant standards, in-depth product research and development, and transformation of scientific and technological achievements for the field of smart emergency management.
