Beijing, March 10, 2022 - ReTo Eco-Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: RETO) (“ReTo” or the “Company”), a provider of eco-friendly technology solutions in China, announced that its subsidiary, ReTo Technology Development Co., Ltd. (“ReTo Technology”) has signed a cooperation framework agreement on Gansu Longxi TCM Information Logistics Port Project with Longxi County Government and Hainan Shiyuan Tongda Fund Management Co., Ltd. (“Shiyuan Tongda”) on Jan.30th, 2022. Xuerong Tian, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Longxi County Committee and Mayor of the People's Government, led a team to visit the Beijing headquarters of ReTo Technology on March 8, 2022.

According to the cooperation framework agreement, ReTo Technology will conduct in-depth discussions with Longxi County People’s Government and its consortium Shiyuan Tongda on the content: 1) the construction of Longxi TCM Bonded Storage and Logistics Park Project, 2) the construction of TCM IoT platform, and 3) ecological restoration, land preparation and development, land reclamation and rural ecological revitalization within Longxi County, etc.
