On the morning of July 12, ReTo Eco-Solutions, Inc. (abbreviation: RETO) signed a cooperation agreement with the Kangbashi District Government of Ordos City, Inner Mongolia, and Ordos High Quality Development Investment Co., Ltd. After the two parties signed a contract to join hands, RETO will locate the regional headquarters of the listed company in Kangbashi New District, and jointly establish the "Research Institute for Comprehensive Utilization of Solid Waste and New Materials" with High Quality Company, and plans to set up a "Comprehensive Utilization of Bulk Solid Waste and Rural Revitalization Research Institute". Eco-industrial park”, the investment scale of the park is expected to reach RMB 2.5 billion. At the same time, RETO will also explore in an orderly manner with the Kangbashi district government, and jointly set up an industry guidance fund to form a combined innovative development model of government + industry + capital + scientific research .
