From September 26th to 29th, RETO Group held an internal online special training seminar on the "EOD Model". Chairman Hengfang Li and other relevant leaders of the group, as well as employees and cadres from Beijing, Inner Mongolia, Gansu, Hebei, Yunnan and Hainan, participated in the training activity through the video.

The "EOD Model" special training seminar specially invited Mrs. Hong Ma and Mr. Pengxuan Li, who have rich "EOD" practical experience, to give lectures. The teacher explained one by one from the dimensions of EOD Model analysis, application path, successful cases, and key points of operation. In the training class, the teacher also gave an in-depth interpretation of the government's support policies for EOD projects.

Chairman Hengfang Li said at the training and mobilization seminar that under the background that the country has intensively issued a series of policies to support the development of the EOD Model, the EOD model is developing rapidly, and management cadres should deeply understand the importance of the "EOD Model". Staff cadres should think about how to combine the economic and environmental benefits of green projects, explore a new path for the coordinated development of "lucid waters and lush mountains" and "golden mountains and silver mountains", and further improve the innovation level and learning ability of management cadres.

At the training seminar, Chairman Hengfang Li and the staff and cadres had an in-depth discussion and study on the "EOD Model", analyzed typical cases, and put forward a strategic idea that integrates with the EOD Model based on the actual development of our company's ecological business.

Through the training and learning, the whole staff can improve their understanding of the ecological development EOD Model, which will definitely play a positive role in future work.
